Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• Minimum 7 years geotechnical, construction or industry related experience preferred.
• Excellent computer, written and verbal communication skills necessary.
• Experience in piling, shoring and grouting operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identifies new opportunities and coordinates with the management team for support and overall strategy.
• Assembles proposals including risk assessment, estimating, engineering, technical writing, site visits and Q&A.
• Negotiates contracts and understands contract requirements.
• Coordinates with pre-construction team when applicable.
• Fully understands Keller risk management policies and procedures to mitigate risk.
• Plans pre-project meetings, scheduling and profitability strategies with project team.
• Keeps work on schedule and budget, addressing challenges to maximize profitability.
• Identifies and tracks changes; escalates as needed.
• Reviews weekly/monthly financials, forecasts and budgets; manages A/R collections.
• Ensures compliance with Keller and OSHA safety requirements and quality standards.
