Job summary

Langan Engineering & Environmental Services is seeking a Geotechnical Project Manager in Las Vegas, NV. The role focuses on geotechnical analysis, design, and project management, including staff supervision and client interfacing.

You will work on varied scales from small to large geotechnical projects. The position requires PE licensure, 8+ years in geotechnical work, and strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering required
• Master's degree with Geotechnical emphasis preferred
• Professional Engineer licensure required
• 8+ years of geotechnical experience preferred
• 3+ years of field experience with geotechnical investigations and construction observation

Responsibilities

• Perform complex geotechnical analyses and design of foundations and pile systems.
• Prepare technical reports, specifications, and construction documents; manage proposals and client communications.
• Supervise field investigations and construction observation.
• Manage multiple projects within budgets and schedules; prepare reports and invoices.
• Mentor staff and coordinate with clients and regulatory agencies.
