STSI is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager – Geotechnical in Cheshire, CT. The role pays $125,000–$185,000 annually and includes a full client benefit package.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in geotechnical construction, foundation work, or heavy civil construction.
• Strong hands-on understanding of geotechnical work, foundations, deep foundations, or micropiling.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, project specifications, site conditions, and construction requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage geotechnical and foundation projects from initial planning through completion.
• Coordinate field crews, equipment, subcontractors, materials, schedules, and project resources.
• Provide hands-on oversight of geotechnical and foundation installation activities.
• Review project plans, specifications, site conditions, and geotechnical requirements.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, costs, change orders, and overall project performance.
