Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
• Master’s degree with Geotechnical emphasis.
• Professional Engineer licensure.
• 8+ years of related Geotechnical experience.
• 3+ years of field experience with geotechnical investigations and construction observation.
• Experience preparing technical reports, specifications, and construction plans.
• Knowledge of codes and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to coach and mentor staff and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex analyses, structural design of pile elements and underpinning systems.
• Prepare technical documents and manage proposals, reports, and construction correspondence.
• Supervise field investigations and earthwork and foundation construction activities.
• Manage multiple projects within budgets and schedules; prepare budgets and progress reports.
• Perform other duties as requested.
