Job summary

ECS Group of Companies is seeking a geotechnical professional to join our Memphis, TN team to prepare geotechnical reports and manage CMT projects.

Responsibilities include preparing proposals, budgets, change orders, and coordinating meetings with clients to deliver timely and accurate solutions. Candidates with a MS/PE/PG are preferred. You will mentor field staff, supervise drilling activities, and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in a geotechnical related field (Civil/Geological Eng).
• 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare geotechnical reports with analysis and recommendations to meet deadlines.
• Manage CMT projects with daily report review, assist with issues, and train field staff.
