Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 6 years of relevant experience (or Master’s degree with 5 years, or PhD with 4 years).
• Ability to plan, interpret subsurface investigations and design elements.
• Strong collaboration across disciplines and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Plan and distribute discipline-specific work within schedule and budget.
• Assist in marketing responsibilities, including proposal generation.
• Develop scope of work and level of effort for projects within discipline.
• Oversee completeness and accuracy of project team’s work within the discipline.
• Guide and mentor team toward project objectives.
• Coordinate technical aspects with client counterparts and teaming partners.
• Work closely with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
