Jobot is seeking a Project Engineer to join our northern Minnesota operations. You will manage geotechnical, inspection, and construction materials testing projects, applying technical expertise to exceed client expectations.

The role emphasizes client relationship development, team leadership, budgeting, and mentorship, with opportunities to influence work in mining, water resources, and municipal engineering. Sign-on and relocation support are available.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in geotechnical, civil, or related engineering required.
• Master's degree in geotechnical, civil, or related engineering optional.
• Three or more years of geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing project management experience.
• Professional Engineer licensure in MN, or ability to attain within 6–12 months.
• Ability to lift up to 50–75 pounds periodically.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain internal and external client relationships, including project and non-project related face-to-face meetings.
• Provide leadership of a technical or project related team.
• Prepare proposals for moderate to complex projects.
• Develop and execute full scopes, and prepare engineering reports with opinions and practical geotechnical solutions.
• Manage projects across scope, schedule and budget.
• Perform engineering analysis using company and industry methodologies and standards.
• Mentor junior level engineering staff.
• Comply with corporate health and safety policies.
