Jobot is seeking a highly motivated Senior Engineer for our northern Minnesota operations. This role focuses on independently preparing proposals and performing engineering analyses across diverse projects, with mentorship responsibilities and leadership in technical reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil or Geotechnical engineering; Master of Science a plus.
• PE license required or 4+ years as professional engineer.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications; strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals for projects of varying complexity.
• Perform engineering analysis using standard methods and software; draft sketches and technical comparisons.
• Review field reports and contractor methods; act as primary author of deliverables.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical reviews of proposals and reports.
• Coordinate project assignments and manage risk across consulting engagements.
