Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join our northern Minnesota operations. This role offers relocation assistance and requires extensive geotechnical engineering experience.

You will independently prepare proposals, perform analyses, mentor junior staff, and manage projects with significant business impact across CMT disciplines. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of direct engineering or materials science experience
• PE license for 4+ years
• Bachelor of Science in Civil or Geotechnical engineering; MS a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals for simple to complex projects
• Perform engineering analyses and create technical deliverables
• Mentor junior staff and review project deliverables
• Manage projects with significant business impact
• Coordinate with clients, vendors and team members
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
