You will review reports and calculations, support business development, and contribute to financial performance while maintaining ECS Core Values.

Qualifications

• 12 years of related experience in geotechnical engineering.
• Professional Engineer or Professional Geologist licensure in applicable states.
• Strong leadership and client relationship skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across geotechnical projects.
• Perform final technical review of reports, calculations, and deliverables.
• Mentor associates and developing leaders; lead staff development.
• Drive business development and client relationships at senior level.
• Review proposals, contracts and major project decisions.
