Qualifications
- 12 years of related experience.
- Professional engineer (P.E.) or professional geologist (P.G.) license in applicable states.
- Strong regional or multi-regional client relationships.
- Proven leadership and revenue growth capabilities.
- Sign-off authority for final technical reports and calculations.
Responsibilities
- Provides technical leadership across geotechnical projects.
- Performs final technical review of reports, calculations, and deliverables.
- Ensures quality and consistency of outputs across teams.
- Oversees project performance at a strategic level.
- Mentors and develops senior staff and leaders.
- Supports business development and client growth.
- Reviews proposals, contracts, and major project decisions.
- Contributes to departmental financial performance.
- Participates in staffing and recruitment decisions.
- Represents firm as a technical industry expert.
