Mentor Associate Principals and participate in review committees for Associate Principal designation.
Oversee projects, including technical report reviews, proposal preparation/review, department and P&L management.
Support business development and marketing activities, fostering client interactions.
Assist hiring managers with staffing decisions and lead/coaching junior staff.
Perform additional cross‑department duties, including work with the CMT team.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geology, or related field.
At least 12 years of related experience.
Designated senior reviewer at current or previous firm.
Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Professional Geologist (P.G.) license in all states of employment.
Valid driver’s license if required for driving for ECS subsidiaries.
