Job summary

Actalent is seeking an experienced Geotechnical Engineer to lead our Omaha, NE office, directing geotechnical projects across public works, transportation, and energy sectors. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, developing geotechnical reports and technical letters, and acting as the technical leader and client-facing representative.

Requirements: Bachelor's in Civil Engineering; PE license preferred/required; geotechnical experience; knowledge of material testing and subsurface

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; PE license preferred/required.
• Experience in geotechnical engineering and geotechnical analysis.
• Knowledge of material testing and subsurface investigations.
• Strong technical writing and proposal development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical projects for the Omaha, NE office across public works, transportation, and energy sectors.
• Prepare proposals and develop geotechnical reports, technical letters, and addendums.
• Serve as the technical leader and client-facing representative for the office.
