Job summary

Bunnell-Lammons Engineering (BLE) is seeking a Geotechnical Soils and Construction Materials Laboratory Technician Level 1 to support our on-site lab operations across Greenville, Spartanburg, and neighboring areas in SC. You will perform geotechnical soil tests to ASTM standards and assist with sample processing under the Lab Manager's guidance.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, are detail-oriented, and can lift up to 50 lbs while using basic testing tools.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Detail-oriented with time-conscious work habits.
• Basic MS Office (Word & Excel) proficiency.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use testing tools.

Responsibilities

• Geotechnical soils and concrete sample processing.
• Using basic measurement tools.
• Performing tests: Proctors (ASTM D698/D1557), sieve analyses, hydrometer, concrete strength (ASTM C39), and specific gravity.
