Terracon in Lynnwood, WA seeks a Laboratory Supervisor to coordinate construction and geotechnical materials testing, including soils, aggregates, concrete, and asphalt. You will ensure tests are performed safely, on time, and in line with Terracon quality protocols while overseeing staff training and equipment upkeep.

• Minimum 3 years of experience performing laboratory tests on construction and geotechnical materials.
• Strong leadership and training skills.
• Familiarity with company quality protocols and safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate or supervise laboratory activities to ensure timely, safe testing in line with Terracon quality standards.
• Assist management with proposals and cost estimates for laboratory services to ensure proper scoping and pricing.
• Oversee training, supervision and safety of laboratory personnel and ensure proper use of equipment.
• Monitor lab operations to ensure work is completed on time and in accordance with client and project requirements.
