Job summary

ECS Limited seeks an experienced engineering leader to manage our Atlanta office as Group Manager. You will oversee engineering projects, staff, business development and day-to-day operations for the branch.

Responsibilities include leading multidisciplinary geotechnical and construction materials projects, assembling teams, managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships, while ensuring safety and quality across all work.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering with geotechnical concentration required.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and client-relations skills.
• Strong business acumen with P&L experience and budgeting capabilities.
• Proven project management and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage multidisciplinary engineering projects including geotechnical and construction materials projects.
• Assemble project teams and lead throughout the full lifecycle.
• Oversee project financials, resources, schedules and deliverables.
• Ensure quality control, safety standards, and engineering best practices.
• Review designs, drawings, plans and specifications for technical accuracy.
• Pursue new business opportunities through proposals and client relationships.
• Oversee branch budgets, forecasts, hiring, and staff development.
• Promote company values and maintain high employee engagement.
