Job summary

Raba Kistner, Inc. seeks a Graduate Engineer - Geotechnical in the Baton Rouge, LA area. This position supports geotechnical investigations, field drilling, data collection, sample classification, and report preparation under supervision.

The role includes project coordination, invoicing support, and marketing tasks, with travel to project sites as needed. A bachelor’s in civil engineering and EIT preferred; relocation flexibility may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Engineer-in-Training certification in LA preferred or obtainable within 1 year.
• 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform geotechnical and forensic engineering investigations and studies.
• Coordinate field drilling, data collection, and lab testing.
• Prepare written engineering reports for review and co-signature.
• Manage assigned projects and assist with invoicing and collections.
• Travel to project sites and support marketing activities.

Education

Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Civil Engineering (ABET accredited)
