Job summary

Raba Kistner, Inc. in Sulphur, LA is seeking an Engineering Student Intern to support our geotechnical team. Under supervision, you will prepare boring logs, input field data into gINT, and assist with OneCall coordination for field activities.

You will edit gINT and WinCore logs, prepare laboratory assignments, crosscheck lab results, and help produce maps and subsurface profiles for reports. Strong organization and willingness to travel to jobsites are required.

Qualifications

• College or university junior, senior, or graduate student in Civil Engineering or closely related field.
• Possess a current valid state driver’s license and meet auto insurability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare boring logs and input data into gINT for field coordination.
• Edit gINT and WinCore logs and prepare laboratory assignments.
• Crosscheck laboratory test results and assist in report preparation.
• Generate Boring Location Maps and Generalized Subsurface Profiles for reports.
