Job summary

Keller Foundations, LLC is seeking an experienced Estimator for our Louisville, KY location. You will develop accurate cost estimates for geotechnical and foundation projects across the region and support senior estimators on large-scale bids.

You will follow up with clients to ensure proposals are fulfilled, collaborate with operations and engineering, and contribute to competitive bid development and project conversion.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Construction Management or Geotechnical Engineering.
• Must be well organized, self motivated, reliable, detail oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing plans and specifications.
• Performing quantity take-offs.
• Evaluate geotechnical information.
• Compiling relevant documents and data.
• Preparing bid proposals.
• Participating in client meetings; collaborating with internal operations, engineering and project management to ensure bids develop into successful projects.
