The ideal candidate will have a BS Degree in Construction Management or Geotechnical Engineering and must possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and technical knowledge. The position offers a competitive salary between $75,000 and $95,000 per year along with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate and competitive cost estimates for projects.
• Review plans and specifications.
• Perform quantity take-offs.
• Evaluate and review geotechnical information.
• Prepare internal bid review documents and bid proposals.
• Participate in client meetings as needed.
