KELLER, the world leader in geotechnical construction, is seeking an Estimator based in Philadelphia. This role involves developing competitive cost estimates for various projects and collaborating with internal teams to ensure project success.

Candidates should have a BS Degree in Construction Management or Geotechnical Engineering, and possess strong problem-solving abilities along with excellent communication skills. The position offers a salary of $75,000 to $95,000 per year and includes benefits like 401(k) matching and health insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate and competitive cost estimates for projects.
• Support senior estimators on large scale and complex projects.
• Follow up with the client and ensure fulfillment of the proposal.
• Review plans and specifications.
• Perform quantity take‑offs.
• Evaluate & review geotechnical information.
• Compile relevant documents and data.
• Prepare bid proposals.
• Participate in client meetings and collaborate with internal teams.
