We are looking for an Estimator based in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area. This position will report to the Preconstruction Manager.
As an Estimator, you will play a key role in the estimating process for geotechnical and foundation projects across the region. You will be responsible for developing accurate and competitive cost estimates for typical projects and will support senior estimators on large scale and complex projects. The Estimator will follow up with the client and ensure the fulfillment of the proposal.
Qualified candidates will have a BS Degree in Construction Management or Geotechnical Engineering. Must be well organized, self‑motivated, reliable, detail oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal & customer relations skills. Excellent computer skills and written & verbal communication skills are necessary.
Salary Range: $75,000 – $95,000 per year. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law.
