Job summary

System One is seeking a Geotechnical Engineering Technician to perform field testing, inspection, and documentation on construction projects in the Denver metro area. The role involves outdoor work, adherence to ASTM/AASHTO standards, and collaboration with project teams.

The position requires an ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician Grade I certification, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Requires ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician Grade I certification.
• Preferred: WAQTC, ICC certifications and additional materials testing certificates.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform field testing and inspection of soils, concrete, asphalt, and other construction materials.
• Conduct density testing, concrete sampling, slump, air content, and temperature testing.
• Document field observations and complete accurate daily reports.
• Travel to various construction sites in the Denver metro area.
