Job summary

SOCOTEC US in Denver, CO is seeking a Soil and Concrete Field Technician to support on-site testing and data collection for construction projects. You will perform standard soil and concrete field tests, prepare reports, and maintain both field and laboratory data files to ensure quality control and compliance.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of on-site QC experience, strong communication, good organization, and a solid work ethic.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of on-site construction quality control experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong work ethic.
• Basic computer skills with Word and Excel.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

We have an immediate opening for a soil and concrete Field Technician in Denver, Colorado The successful candidate must have a thorough understanding of standard test methods, and experience performing construction related soils and concrete tests typically performed by a field technician. Duties will include preparation of reports and other pertinent field data as well as maintenance of field and laboratory data files.

Required Skills

A minimum of one year of experience providing on-site construction quality control services is required. The successful candidate will have demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills, positive attitude, good organizational skills, and a strong work ethic. Basic computer skills with Word and Excel is required. Radiation safety certification is required and ACI Field Tech 1 certification is REQUIRED. Must have a valid driver's license and excellent driving record.
