Job summary

Keller Foundations, LLC, a pioneer in geotechnical construction, seeks an experienced Superintendent for the Gulf Region. The role is 80% field work, directing crews, subcontractors, and equipment to meet safety, quality, and schedule goals across multiple sites.

You will coordinate with the Project Manager, conduct kickoff meetings, review contracts, and maintain daily field logs. Requirements include 5+ years supervising civil/geotechnical projects, OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, and strong

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years supervising civil/geotechnical construction crews.
• Experience with drilling techniques and ground improvement methods.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Demonstrated leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interface with clients and travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily field activities and supervise field crews and subcontractors.
• Reviews project requirements and coordinates subcontractors to align with project goals.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce safety protocols.
• Tracks production metrics and provides input for efficiency improvements.
• Maintains daily field logs and coordinates kickoff meetings with crew.
• Collaborates with project management on resource planning and procurement.
