Job summary

Keller is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee field operations across multiple states, with 80% field work and 20% office duties. The role requires rigorous safety, timely delivery, and cost control on geotechnical projects.

Based in Texas with travel across the Central Region, the candidate will supervise crews, coordinate resources, and ensure compliance with company and client expectations. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in supervising construction crews on civil and/or geotechnical projects.
• Experience with various drilling techniques and ground improvement methods.
• Willingness to travel frequently and for extended periods.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and strong time management, documentation, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to interface with clients and build strong working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily field activities and supervise field crews and subcontractors.
• Review project requirements and ensure alignment with contract terms.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce safety protocols across sites.
• Track production metrics and provide input for efficiency improvements.
• Serve as liaison between field operations and project management.
