Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Minimum 8–11 years’ experience in geotechnical engineering.
• Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety efforts for the team and promote safe work practices.
• Provide technical direction for production and completion of projects.
• Review designs, calculations, and reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Mentor and supervise junior engineers and geologists on projects.
• Lead marketing, sales and business development efforts related to geotech work.
