Job summary

Terracon in Texas is seeking an experienced project manager to lead facilities, environmental, or geotechnical engineering projects. You will drive project scope, schedule, and budget, coordinate with clients and vendors, and ensure safety and quality throughout execution.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 10+ years of related experience, or 14 years without a degree. Professional registration (PE/PG) is preferred but not required for all projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline with a minimum of 10 years’ related experience, or 14 years’ related experience in lieu of degree.
• A valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of a large scale and complex project.
• Define project scope, schedule and budget with client or NAM.
• Lead interactions with client and stakeholders to ensure their goals are considered.
• Design, communicate, and implement a project plan for completing a project.
• Leads safety efforts including preparation and compliance with safety plan.
• Identify, develop, and gather necessary resources to complete the project.
• Prepare designs and work specifications; develop schedules, budgets and forecasts; select materials, equipment, project staff, and contractors.
• Estimate costs, resources, and time required to complete.
• Monitor activities, allocate resources, and assign tasks to ensure targets are met.
• Coordinate with APR to ensure appropriate oversight and quality reviews
