Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS in Geotechnical/Engineering Geology or Civil Eng with a geotech focus.
• Solid knowledge of civil fundamentals, soil/rock mechanics, and tunneling.
• Good time management, multi-tasking, and focus on long tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; convey design ideas clearly.
• Full working rights in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Prepare desk study reports for sites due for development.
• Plan and produce specs for site investigations; log materials for design.
• Interpret subsurface conditions and their impact on design.
• Carry out foundation design, slope stability and seismic assessments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on subsurface elements.
