Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s Degree in Structural/Architectural Engineering or related fields.
• Coursework in structural analysis, advanced steel design, and advanced reinforced concrete design.
• Professional demeanor and ability to work to deadlines.
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to articulate technical ideas clearly and confidently.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-changing environment.
• Strong prioritization and multitasking capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for team-based work.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Create structural engineering solutions for built-environment challenges.
• Design structural systems and perform analyses within a team.
• Produce drawings, calculations, reports, sketches and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Attend meetings and actively participate.
• Grow software and technology skills for analysis, design, and documentation.
• Develop new skills via Arup University and internal networks.
• Learn and apply local and international codes and regulations.
