CDM Smith is seeking a Geotechnical Engineering Intern to join our Infrastructure Services team in Dallas, Texas. You will work with a dynamic group of engineers on a diverse portfolio of public, federal, and industrial projects, assisting with subsurface investigations and oversight during construction.

You will support senior engineers in performing calculations, analyses, and preparing reports, plans and specifications, while also handling office tasks.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled and taking courses toward a Bachelors or Masters degree in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with subsurface investigations and oversight during construction of subsurface work.
• Assist senior engineers in performing calculations and analyses, preparing reports, plans and specifications, and helping with office tasks on Geotechnical projects.
