You will assist with field investigations, data collection, and documentation, while gaining exposure to feasibility studies, reports, and design plans.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a 4-year or advanced degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
• Geotechnical coursework preferred and a minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist with field investigations including borings, samples, and data collection.
• Observe construction activities and ensure conformance with plans.
• Prepare logs, field forms, and chain of custody records.
• Conduct site reconnaissance, data reviews, and prepare exhibits.
• Learn engineering analyses and geotechnical software; use AutoCAD for figures.
