LVI Associates is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join its growing Columbus, OH team. You will lead geotechnical investigations, oversee reports, and guide project teams across transportation, commercial, and municipal projects.

Qualifications

PE license required for this senior role.
10+ years of geotechnical consulting experience.
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with geotechnical concentration.
FE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead geotechnical investigations and field explorations.
Perform bearing capacity, settlement, earth pressure, and slope stability analyses.
Prepare geotechnical reports and recommendations.
Oversee construction materials testing and site inspections.
Coordinate with clients, PMs, field crews, and contractors.
Mentor junior staff and manage project scope, schedule, and budgets.
Ensure safety, quality control, and technical accuracy.
