Job summary

HDR is seeking a Geotechnical Engineer to lead investigations, analyses, and reporting for major transportation and infrastructure programs. You will plan and execute geotechnical studies, coordinate with designers, and contribute to project success within HDR's employee-owned culture.

Ideal candidates will have a PE license, a MS in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering, and at least three years of geotechnical experience, with proficiency in GeoStudio and Bentley tools.

Qualifications

• Requires PE license and active participation in employee-owned culture.
• Minimum 3 years of geotechnical experience with relevant software.
• Experience with GeoStudio/Ensoft and Bentley geotechnical tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct geotechnical investigations with significant program impact.
• Coordinate and manage geotechnical investigations for transportation projects.
• Analyze geotechnical data and prepare reports; coordinate with designers.
• Support marketing efforts and client interactions.
• Supervise staff of professionals and technicians as needed.
