Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant geotechnical engineering experience.
• EIT certification or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Internship or co-op in civil engineering preferred.
• Exposure to MicroStation, HEC-RAS, stormwater tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing engineering plans, specs, and reports.
• Perform basic engineering calculations under guidance.
• Support design/drafting using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Conduct site visits, field inspections, and data collection.
• Assist with permitting and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in project meetings and collaborate with others.
• Support project managers in budgeting and scheduling.
