Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Geotechnical Engineer I in Atlanta, GA. The role supports project teams by preparing plans, performing basic calculations, and assisting with site visits and data collection.

You will collaborate with senior engineers, gain exposure to AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and stormwater tools, and grow through training, mentoring, and professional development opportunities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 1–5 years of geotechnical engineering experience.
• EIT certification or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Internship or co-op experience preferred.
• Exposure to MicroStation, HEC-RAS, or stormwater modeling tools preferred.
