Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Geotechnical Engineer to join our team in Atlanta, GA. You will assist in preparing plans, specifications, and reports while conducting site visits and data collection.

The role requires 2–3 years of geotechnical experience, a Civil Engineering degree, and EIT eligibility. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and related tools is preferred. You will support project delivery and collaborate with multiple disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of geotechnical engineering experience.
• EIT certification or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Education/Experience

• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in geotechnical engineering or a related field
• EIT certification (or ability to obtain within 12 months).
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Internship or co-op experience in civil engineering preferred.
• Exposure to relevant software such as MicroStation, HEC-RAS, or stormwater modeling tools preferred
