• Active California PG registration required for Level II; ability to obtain within one year for Level I.
• Level II requires 6+ years of project management experience; Level I requires 3–5 years.
• Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, Geosciences, or Environmental Engineering; Master’s degree preferred for Level II.
• Requires strong communication, client-relations, and regulatory reporting abilities.
• HAZWOPER and OSHA training certifications are required or are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals, project strategies, and cost estimates.
• Manage short-term and long-term environmental projects.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and performance.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Coordinate with clients and regulatory agencies.
• Oversee environmental field activities.
• Manage and train junior staff.
• Prepare technical reports and regulatory documentation.
• Collaborate with client offices nationwide.
• Travel occasionally for meetings and project oversight.
