Kiewit Infrastructure Engineers in Lone Tree, CO seeks a mid-level Geotechnical Engineer to join our Design Engineering Group. You will perform analysis, design, and estimates on design-build projects as part of an interdisciplinary team of geotechnical, structural, roadway engineers and others.

Candidates should have a Master’s in Geotechnical Engineering, 5+ years of experience, and a US PE license. The role emphasizes collaboration, travel to project sites, and growth within a leading

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering or closely related field is required.
• 5+ years of relevant geotechnical design engineering experience.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer in the U.S. is required.
• Transportation and Infrastructure project experience is a MUST have.
• Strong communication and interdisciplinary design coordination skills.
• Ability to travel to project sites and work across climates.

Responsibilities

• Provide project support during proposals and bids with design solutions for geotechnical challenges.
• Identify key design risks during pursuit phases and develop mitigation plans.
• Develop design deliverables for EPC/design-build projects; may serve as geotechnical lead or project manager.
• Train and develop staff engineers.
