Job description

Role Overview

Duties and Responsibilities

• Slope stability analysis.
• Hydrology and hydraulic analysis.
• Design of site civil and geotechnical structures such as earth retention structures.
• Assist in dam rehabilitation projects.
• Erosion and sediment control design.
• Deep foundation design and analysis.
• Construction monitoring and documentation activities.
• Monitoring field geotechnical drilling and sampling activities.
• Installation and monitoring of geotechnical instrumentation equipment.
• Field surveying and reconnaissance in support of geotechnical explorations and construction activities.

Education and Experience

• A B.S. in Civil Engineering or a related discipline within six months of application.
• Engineer‑in‑Training (E.I.T.) certification or the ability to obtain certification within six months of hiring.
• 0–5 years of experience, with preference for candidates who have a strong background in site exploration, civil/foundation design, and construction.
