The Water Business Group delivers safe drinking water, treats wastewater responsibly and develops sustainable water supplies, supporting public health, environmental sustainability and infrastructure resilience.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and prepare geotechnical investigations and design activities with significant impact on major company programs.
  • Participate in marketing efforts with internal and external clients.
  • Organize, conduct, coordinate, and manage geotechnical investigations for water and related projects.
  • Perform geotechnical analyses, prepare reports, and coordinate with designers to implement recommendations.
  • Act as a Technical Specialist on large‑scale projects as needed.
  • Supervise professionals, technicians, and design teams as needed.
  • Demonstrate willingness to travel and occasionally adjust personal schedule to meet project requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location (e.g., PE or P.Eng).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, MicroStation or other relevant software.
  • Experience with GeoStudio/Ensoft slope stability, settlement, seepage and deep foundation response software.
  • Experience with Bentley suite of geotechnical data management and visualization software (gINT/OpenGround/LeapFrog).

Primary Location: United States—Minnesota—Saint Louis Park. Other Locations: Minneapolis, MN; Madison, WI; Milwaukee, WI.

Industry: Water. Schedule: Full‑time. Employee Status: Regular.

Estimated compensation based on skills, experience, education and geographic location: Minnesota – $80,262 to $114,660.
