Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
• Willingness to travel to job sites across Texas and surrounding areas.
• Clean background check and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist Driller with daily drilling operations.
• Support soil and rock sample collection and labeling.
• Maintain and clean drilling equipment and jobsite areas.
• Perform general labor duties as needed.
• Travel to multiple job sites (local and out of town).

Positio n Description

Certerra Sub- Surface- Enviro-Drill is seeking a dependable and Hardworking Geotechnical Driller Helper to Join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This role involves assisting our drilling crew with soil sampling and subsurface exploration projects. This entry level position is ideal for individuals who thrive in an outdoor work environment, is comfortable with travel to job sites, and are eager to contribute to a hands-on team environment. Travel throughout Texas and parts of Louisiana will be required.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assist Driller with daily drilling operations
• Support soil and rock sample collection & proper labeling
• Maintain/Clean drilling equipment and jobsite areas
• Perform general labor duties as needed
• Travel to Various Job sites (local & out of town)
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• High School Diploma/ GED
• Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus but not required)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks
