Job summary

Terradyne Engineering, Inc. is seeking a geotechnical driller helper to support the geotechnical driller in subsurface investigations. This role focuses on outdoor field work, equipment setup, and data collection.

Qualifications

• No prior geotechnical drilling experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• Love and enjoy outdoor work.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Adherence to safety protocols at all times.

Responsibilities

• Maintain drill and other equipment.
• Set up drills at job sites.
• Operate drill and vehicle.
• Conduct site investigations.
• Produce logs, records, rig inspections, and vehicle inspections.
• Report issues to supervisor/manager.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain drill and other equipment
• Setting up drills at job sites
• Operating drill as well as vehicle
• Site investigations
• Producing logs, records, rig inspections, and vehicle inspections
• Reporting any issues to the supervisor/manager
• Any other task requested by the supervisor/ manager

• Clean MVR, background, and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager
