Ardaman & Associates, Inc. is seeking Driller Assistants for their Baton Rouge, LA location. This entry-level, outdoor role supports geotechnical drilling operations for site investigations.

Ideal candidates are physically fit, safety-minded, and eager to learn drilling techniques that can lead to a long-term career in the industry. Full benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Lift drill steel and materials weighing up to 80 lbs.
• Pass company background checks including drug screen.
• Acceptable driving record within company standards.
• Available to work overtime, out of town, and weekends as required.
• Must obtain DOT Medical Examiners Certificate or have current certificate prior to employment.
