Ardaman & Associates, Inc. in Orlando is seeking Driller Trainees for an entry-level role supporting geotechnical drilling operations on-site. This position offers hands-on training, outdoor work, and exposure to site investigations for construction projects.

Candidates should be safety-minded, physically able to lift up to 80 lbs, pass background checks and a drug screen, and may have a Class A or B CDL. Prior drill experience is welcome but not required, with opportunities for career

Qualifications

• Must pass company background checks including drug screen.
• Ability to lift drill steel and materials weighing up to 80 lbs.
• DOT Medical Examiner Certificate or eligibility required.
• Class A or Class B CDL license a plus.
• Willingness to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with geotechnical drilling operations on site.
• Support site investigations for future construction projects.
• Work outdoors at various job sites and follow safety protocols.
