Position Overview

The Geotechnical Department Manager will lead the geotechnical engineering division, overseeing technical operations, project delivery, and team development. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership for the geotechnical department, including business development and operational oversight.
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technical staff, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
  • Oversee geotechnical investigations, analysis, and design for a variety of projects.
  • Review and approve technical reports, proposals, and project deliverables.
  • Maintain and expand client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on geotechnical solutions.

  • Monitor departmental budgets, allocation, and profitability.
Qualifications
