Geotechnical Construction Senior Project Manager Requirements:

• 5+ years of current experience as a titled Project Manager for a Geotechnical Construction company
• Heavy civil experience with FDOT project delivery, DOT specifications, and public agency contracting processes
• Experience managing direct reports of PM's and PC's
• Experience managing all phases of construction projects
• Experience with project planning and coordination
• Experience with estimating project costs
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam Revu, and Adobe Acrobat
• Experience with Procore, Buildertrend, or similar platform
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, geotechnical reports, specifications, and contract documents
• Working knowledge of construction cost estimating, CPM scheduling, and budget management
