Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 5 years geotechnical or construction experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with piling, shoring and grouting operations.

Responsibilities

• Business development and proposal preparations to win projects.
• Risk management to identify and mitigate major project risks.
• Initial planning including pre-job planning and scheduling.
• Project execution to meet specifications, schedule and budget.
• Change management to track and escalate scope changes.
• Financial management including reporting, forecasts and budgets.
• Safety and quality assurance in line with company policies.
