Commercial Metals Company seeks a Civil Engineer to lead the promotion and acceptance of TIC proprietary systems, review constructability constraints, and develop an annual business plan for Tensar Solutions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, a P.E. license, and at least 5 years in construction, with the ability to travel regionally 25–50% and strong communication skills. CMC offers robust benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Lead the promotion and acceptance of TIC proprietary systems
• Review constructability constraints and identify value engineering opportunities
• Develop and execute an annual business plan for Tensar Solutions
• Train, educate and provide technical support internally
• Coordinate with Technology and Product Marketing for field testing and validation
• Build and manage a project pipeline with regional sales teams
• Collaborate between engineering and client to maximize efficiency of Tensar services
