Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of civil engineering experience in construction.
- Ability to travel regionally between 25% - 50% of the time.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities
- Lead the promotion and acceptance of TIC proprietary systems.
- Review constructability constraints and identify value engineering opportunities.
- Develop and execute an annual business plan for the promotion and sale of Tensar Solutions.
- Train, educate and provide technical support internally.
- Coordinate interaction between our engineering department and the client to maximize efficiency.
